In May 2022, Alex Goodrich and Scott Kelly, both experienced carpenters, founded GK Construction out of their shared passion for fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. Their expertise has earned GK Construction respect and continuous projects involving the restoration and conversion of grade 2 listed properties into residential and commercial spaces.
Since its inception, GK Construction has experienced significant growth, expanding from a team of 3 to a staff of over 27. This includes a core team, a 6-person decorating team, project managers, an estimating and procurement manager, and a sister company, Novus Floors.
